Definitions

For the purposes of this Shipping Policy:

“Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to COMFORT BOWL SDN. BHD., Registration No. 202501032709 (1634120-W).

“Goods” refers to beverages and convenient dry food products offered for sale on the Service, including tea, coffee, soft drinks, mineral water, instant noodles, snacks, nuts, beans, sugar cubes, and related items.

“Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

“Service” refers to the Comfort Bowl website and online services operated by COMFORT BOWL SDN. BHD.

“You” means the individual accessing the Service, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf the individual is using the Service.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Malaysia only. Orders placed from outside Malaysia will not be processed.

We deliver to all regions, including:

  • Peninsular Malaysia

  • Sabah

  • Sarawak

Our goal is to provide reliable and consistent delivery services throughout Malaysia.


Shipping Fees

We offer FREE shipping for all orders with a minimum purchase of RM50 within Malaysia.

For Orders below RM50, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order size or weight

  • Courier service requirements

There are:

  • No hidden charges

  • No additional handling fees

All applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown before payment is completed.


Processing & Delivery Time

All Orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your Order has been shipped, you may receive a notification with tracking information (where applicable) to monitor delivery status.

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Courier service interruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Other unforeseen circumstances


Delivery Methods

Deliveries are handled by courier and logistics partners selected by the Company.

We deliver to:

  • Residential addresses

  • Commercial addresses

  • Industrial addresses

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.
The Company is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


Delivery Issues & Reattempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability or restricted access, courier partners may:

  • Make a redelivery attempt, or

  • Contact You to arrange an alternative delivery time or method

Unclaimed or repeatedly failed deliveries may be returned to the Company. Additional charges may apply for re-shipment, subject to courier policies.


Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
